ARTS 2110 - Roll 16 - Ilford HP5+ @ EI 800
At the apex of our hike, back whence we came.

The most desparate use of a clear glass lens filter (often used for protection) is for photography in extremely humid or foggy conditions, one can remove the filter directly prior to exposure, but before the lens fogs. I failed to do that for this exposure, and failed to notice, perhaps, because it's a TLR and I wasn't looking through the taking lens, resulting in this dreamy photo.

I definitely printed this in my final portfolio. As always, my father's expressions are generally natural... I had to get my brother to tone down his; he was making kind of a goofy face. Looks like I left a bit of the edge of the frame in this version: black sliver at the top right.

Back in the parking lot; we saw someone else taking a portrait and I decided to do one too. Expressions less natural on this one.
I wanted to see further in the bucket and have it all in the frame but wasn't tall enough to do so.
Snowy rocks near Skyland Lodge.
